Abstract :

The article is an intellectual conversation about the relation between Law and Mahatma Gandhi. Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy helps to Indians as well as Universal citizens for change their social thinking on Injustice etc. This paper contains Mahatma Gandhi’s theory on “Law and Social Transformation in India”. Researcher focus on “Law and Social Transformation Through Gandhian Theory” i.e. “AN EYE FOR EYE ONLY ENDS UP MAKING THE WHOLE WORLD BLIND” this quotation helps us to reach REHABILATION THEORY OF PUNISHEMENT, and also a social change quotation. Mahatma Gandhi also always favour of “SATYAGRAH, TRUTH, NON–VIOLENCE, SARVODAY” etc. i.e. Social Change through Gandhian Theory. Mahatma Gandhi always asks for global social justice. Mahatma Gandhi always inspired movements for civil rights across the world. The relation of Law with Mahatma Gandhi connected with three nation INDIA, LONDON (U.K.), SOUTH AFRICA
