Post insertion problem is a reality to be faced and tackled. Patient satisfaction is critical determinant in the success or failure of complete denture therapy. Therefore a study was aimed at eliciting information regarding the frequency of post insertion problems on 175 patients referred to Department of prosthodontics and crown and bridge wearing complete dentures. Results :The results of the study showed that the percentage of patient‘s complaint from adaptation problems on wearing complete denture was higher than discomfort problems.
