Dental esthetics has become a popular topic among all the disciplines in dentistry. The clinician must have a sound diagnostic approach that results in the appropriate treatment plan. There are several treatment modalities for replacement of traumatically missing anterior teeth in adult patients. The ideal treatment is the most conservative option that satisfies individual esthetic and also improves the occlusion. To achieve this goal a patient with mutilated dentition sometimes requires an interdisciplinary approach. This case report describes the esthetic rehabilitation and functional restoration of an adult male patient who reported the history of trauma, which lead to the avulsion of maxillary right lateral incisor, maxillary left central incisor and mandibular right lateral incisor and root canal treated maxillary right canine, through combined orthodontic and prosthodontic treatment. It concludes that interdisciplinary approach is imperative to develop a harmonious balance between the functional and esthetic needs, and to obtain a predictable outcome.
