Introduction– Laparoscopic tubal re–canalization is a procedure that is done for reversal of fertility in women who have undergone tubal sterilization procedure. Laparoscopic route of this procedure has many advantages over conventionally performed tuboplasty by laparotomy. Material and methods– The present study is a retrospective analysis of all laparoscopic tubal reconstructive surgeries carried out during four years period from year 2015 to year 2019 at Pravara Rural Hospital, Loni. Results– In seventy–five percent cases the indication was loss of male child following either accident or serious disease. The pregnancy rate among operable cases during follow up period was 65 percent. Success rate was more in cases who had previous laparoscopic band ligation and in isthmo–isthmic and isthmo–ampullary anastomosis. Conclusion– Laparoscopic tubal re–canalization surgery provides a ray of hope to women who have lost their children following accident or disease. The success rate of laparoscopic re–canalization is higher than conventional laparotomy.
