In this study, it may be provide direct evidence of female genital and gonadal cancer inhibits the expression of tumor–suppressive p65 by destabilization of p53, resulting in cell proliferation. The patients was selected from OPD at IPGME&R and SSKM Hospital. Female patients with primary breast carcinoma previous untreated by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, hormone therapy or a combination of any of the modalities who presented to the Department of Surgery were included in this research work. CA cervix, ovary, vulva and endometrial patients will include. The study population was include 100 Genital cancer patients 100 Benign Ulcer tumors We found that p53 expression was seen to be associated with parameters that indicate poor prognosis in female genital and gonadal cancer such as advanced stage of disease, large T–Size and higher grade. NF–κB/ p53 implies aggressive tumour biology in female genital and gonadal cancer & it can predict tumours likely to have a poor prognosis. Patients with NF–κB/ p53 tumours need to be treated aggressively.
