The effect of prostaglandin analogues on central corneal thickness in patients with glaucoma

Abstract :
Introduction: Recent studies have shown that central corneal thickness (CCT) may be affected by anti–glaucoma medications.In this study, we evaluated the effect of Latanoprost on CCT in patients with open–angle glaucoma. Methods: One hundred seventy one eyes of 90 glaucoma patients in two groups, recipients of Latanoprost and other anti–glaucoma medications were enrolled. The main measure in both groups of study was CCT.
