PANCOAST TUMOR -A CASE REPORT

Abstract :

The Pancoast–Tobias syndrome involves severe and unrelenting shoulder and arm pain along with the distribution of the eighth cervical and first and second thoracic nerve trunks, Horner’s syndrome. Incidence of pancoast tumor is 3 per 100,000 population We here in report a case of 65 yr old male who had chest radiograph findings with suspicion towards pancoasts tumor which was confirmed by HRCT and histopathological correlation. This is few documented cases of pancoast syndrome in india.
