Abstract :

Thorough knowledge of root canal anatomy is mandatory for successful endodontic therapy. A case of rare root canal anatomy in mandibular second molar is presented here. Only one mesial canal and two distal canals were found in this case with three distinct canal orifices which were confirmed by dental operating microscope and CBCT.
