Abstract :
This study deals in banking services with their customer preference & behaviour in competitive word rendered by various bank in Ghaziabad region. Indian banking industry as a whole is very heterogeneous and what may hold good for one fails in other service. This paper aims to study what the customers like and where they invest to get good return.
