Abstract :
Age estimation is one of the consequential factors which improve identification. The assessment of biological age is generally more precise in the early phases of development and extremely based on the state of conservation diagnostic features in the remnants. The present study consisted of 387 health looking females from age group 15 – 20 years. Radiographic evaluation of mandibular third molar was done to analyze the fact that the calcification of root, closure of apex and size of crown and root of third molars are reasonably constant and can be used in ascertaining age of an individual
