A case study on Public Private Partnership for an Effective Indian E–Governance

Abstract :
Information and Communication technology ings down the cost, improves the process quality and makes a speedy reach to all the objects targeted.It considers social, economic and environmental aspects in the decision making of Governance policies.Public–private partnership (PPP) describes a government service or private business venture which is funded and operated through a partnership of government and one or more private sector companies, in which the private party provides a public service or project and assumes substantial financial, technical and operational risk in the project.While independently every project offers wide scope for the development of society, these projects lack uniformity and national perspective.This paper stretches its objectivesfor the utilization of e–Governance as a tool to effectively establish Public Private Partnershipwith Information and Communication Technology in the development ofquantity and quality of service for consumers. The main goal of this paper is to ing out the concerns related to PPP for effective E–Governance.
