How to Counter the Cyber Bullies

Abstract :

The positive development makes the ways for negative development. Sophistication invites complication. The cyber world of today, no doubt, has made place for several qualitative improvements but at the same time, it has also opened new vistas for the negative developments. E-mail texting, cell phones, cell phone camera and web sites are being used to threaten, humiliate and harass someone, has become now serious global problem. The aim of this paper is to gain better understanding of the impact of cyber bullying and the possible need of preventive measures in order to negate it.
