The Study of Pregnant Women’s Kinetoprophylactic Means

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to confirm the effectiveness of prenatal preparation of pregnant women in a short longitudinal experiment. Our main objective was to increase the interest towards kinetic assistance under prophylactic applications, providing kinetoprophylaxy to women in particular biological situations caused by pregnancy. The main purpose of our paper was searching, finding and applying kinetoprophylactic means to pregnant women included in the Pregnant Women School of Tîrgu Mure?, Romania, with a view to implementing a program for maintaining or even improving proper physical training and index function, a training program that could improve the participants’ quality of life.The objectives of our study were to form the study group of two types of pregnant women: those who received a kinetoprophylaxy program and those who did not receive such a program
