Retinoblastoma : Time ripe to screen?

Abstract :

Retinoblastoma is the most common pediatric ocular tumor. Early diagnosis and treatment translates to not just excellent survival but also preservation of intact vision in these children. The developing countries face a huge burden of advanced stage disease primarily due to delayed diagnosis. This article highlights the need for institution of routine screening for retinoblastoma.
