Quality of Work Life System in TVS Motor Co., Ltd Hosur, India

Abstract :

Now–a–days most of the people had stress in their job. To overcome the stress of employees the Quality of Work Life system is adapted. Quality of work life (QWL) is based on changing the entire organizational climate by humanising work, individualising organizations and changing the structural and managerial systems. QWL influence on productivity of employees in an organization and it leads to physically and psychologically healthier employees with positive feelings. This study analyse in detail about the QWL system of work environment for the employees in TVS Co, Hosur, India. The statistical tools like Co–efficient of contingency and ANOVA have been used for analyses of the study
