Abstract :

Prolonged administration to mice of the medicinal product with the working title “D120” appreciably increase the average and maximum lifespan of the mice either with different health status or having severe pathologies. Under some experimental conditions, fertility of the animals dramatically increased, which was manifested in a litter born by the animals in the 3rd and 4th year of their life.
