Abstract :
Peritoneal mice or Peritoneal loose bodies (PLBs) are rare asymptomatic lesions. We report a case of Giant peritoneal loose body or peritoneal mouse incidentally found in the pelvis of a 53 year old man with chronic calculous cholecystitis. Preoperative evaluation for pelvic mass was inconclusive. He underwent Exploration and Cholecystectomy. A freely mobile mass resembling boiled egg was found in pelvis.
