Abstract :

Maxillary sinus pneumatisation along with resorption of the alveolar bone result in reduced height of residual alveolar bone. Various methodologies have been introduced to elevate the sinus memane. Direct and indirect sinus lift procedures aid in lifting the sinus memane, permitting implant placement. This case report discusses one such case of reduced deficient alveolar bone height which was managed by direct sinus elevation for placement of implant
