Results of the study revealed that depression was found to be positively correlated with affective dysregulation among male and female adolescents. Independence dimension of family environment found to be negative correlate of depression among males but in females, organization, active–recreational orientation, expressiveness and intellectual–cultural orientation were all significantly and negatively correlated with depression.
