Customer Relationship Management in Holiday Resorts in Coimbatore City

Abstract :

The study is about CRM (Customer Relationship Management) practices in holiday resorts. The focus of the study is to know about the customer preference on factors affecting CRM practices in resort industry. Changes in lifestyle have led to increased demand for leisure services. A vacation is the one, which provides quality time in keeping the family intact. Holidays reduces stress and offers a change in environment. New technologies have revolutionized service provision process through the use of automation and computerized systems. In holiday resorts industry CRM starts from knowing the customer preference about the facilities and comfort during their vacation. In this study the respondents are members of holiday resorts in Coimbatore city
