Injury and loosening of teeth occurred on 4 cases (6.55%), and it occurred mainly in those having caries teeth. During the period of study, 15 patients underwent 16 onchoscopic procedure Injury and mucosal haemorrhage over the anterior pillar occurred in one patient which subsided spontaneously. Injury and loosening of teeth occurred in one patient. Conclusion:The patients who are otherwise clinically normal can be discharged on the same day.
