Wegeners Granulomatosis: A rare case presentation

Abstract :
Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG), the most common of the pulmonary vasculitides, typically involving the upper respiratory tract (e.g., sinuses, ears, nasopharynx, oropharynx, trachea), lower respiratory tract (onchi and lung) and kidney, with varying degrees of disseminated vasculitis commonly known as „Wegener‘s triad“. We report here a case of a 22 year , old case of wegeners granulomatosis.
