Rare presentation of Hepatocellular carcinoma infiltrating Gall bladder – A case report

Abstract :
In our surgical practice it is not very uncommon to find a gall bladder carcinoma in filtrating adjacent liver parenchyma. Here we are presenting a case where a middle aged female patient while undergoing open cholecystectomy found to have a nodule at the fundus of gall bladder which very much looked like gall bladder carcinoma. On histopathology we found it to be a case of Hepatocellular carcinoma infiltrating Gall bladder. ABSTRACT KEYWORDS : Chronic calculus cholecystitis;
