Abstract :

The fusion of Genetic Algorithms and Fuzzy Logic Systems allows researchers to model real world problems through the development of intelligent and adaptive systems. Fuzzy Genetic Algorithm (FGA) is a Genetic Algorithm that uses fuzzy logic-based techniques. The objective of this blending is to adjust the system parameters to robust and optimize the performance of the genetic algorithms. This paper provides the basic knowledge of fuzzy systems (FSs) and genetic algorithms (Gas) and provides an overview of how these technologies are cooperatively combined and have been applied in the real world.
