Abstract :
Noroviruses are chief viral etiologies of severe gastroenteritis. Noroviruses are the primary cause of nonbacterial diarrheal outeaks in humans. Although the enteric virus substantially impact human health and economies, there are no approved drugs against noroviruses. The most advanced norovirus vaccine has recently completed phase-I and II trials. Here we review the important aspects of norovirus infections in humans and animals and their prevention and control.
