Abstract :

This study purpose is to highlight that Higher Education progress from simple knowledge management activities to more sophisticated and complex ones in natural sciences. Knowledge management subsume processes of development, creation and exploit of knowledge resources in natural sciences. Tacit knowledge management in Higher Education level is personal and difficult to formalize and refers to knowledge that a students, academic community, has incorporated it in his mind, in culture and is very difficult to explain. Essentially, knowledge processes of the knowledge management activities event include the identifying and handling knowledge; sh� knowledge and creating new knowledge in natural sciences. I encourage, in order to increase the quality and validity of knowledge, its needs to be continually tested, improved or removed. Knowledge management has always been managed, and probably its knowledge management will improve in the near future.
