Abstract :

The term �work–life balance� refers to describe the balance between an individual�s work and personal life. Working more productively and getting more accomplished, leading to greater career success. If the employees have good worklife balance, the organization will be more effective and successful. The project portrays all the experiences about the capability of the employees in balancing both life and their work .This research study is conducted to identify and analyze the ways to improve the work–life balance in RANSAR INDUSTRIES, COIMBATORE.
