Abstract :

AIM AND OBJECTIVE:

� To evaluate the functional outcome of Arthroscopic trans portal Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction using quadrupled hamstring graft with endobutton as femoral fixation device and interference screw as tibial fixation device.

MATERIALS AND METHODS:

The prospective study of 30 patients treated with arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with quadrupled hamstring graft with endobutton as the femoral fixation device between May 2015 and November 2016 at institute of orthopaedics,Meenakshi medical college,hospital& research institute,kanchipuram.
