Abstract :
Anti-M antibody is a common naturally occurring antibody that is seldom clinically significant. We hereby present two cases of anti-M antibody. An unbooked, severely anemic, pregnant lady presenting with crossmatch incompatibility. And one year old child referred to our Regional Blood Transfusion Centre (RBTC) for immunohematology work-up in view of blood group discrepancy.
