A Study on the Relationship among Organizational Culture, Knowledge Sharing and Team Performance

Abstract :
In this study, we use regression analysis and hierarchical linear model statistical methods. We detect and verify whether "Organizational Culture on Knowledge Shå" and "Knowledge Shå on Team Performance" have a positive impact in the individual level. And Knowledge shå has an intermediary effect between organizational culture and team performance. In addition, at the group level, organizational culture has a contextual effect on team performance. Finally, this paper provides some suggestions and future research directions for academia.
