 Cereovascular stroke is a very commonly encountered medical emergency. Physicians need to be thoroughly trained in stroke work up and its management. Hereby, we aim to discuss polycythemia vera, JAK-2 mutation as one of the miscellaneous causes of recurrent Cereovascular stroke and its management
